9th January - The very first show of the year, GRAND CHAMPION PRICEWEY BILLY FLYNN wins BEXT EXHIBIT IN SHOW and AUSTRALIAN BRED IN SHOW at the Tasmanian Kennel Club Show under Mrs C. Currie - Thompson (SA). Billy's son NEWPRY BILLY ELLIOT won Runner Up Best of Breed to his dad in his very FIRST show in PUPPY.

16th January - While I went to Victoria to show Fox Terriers,  my mum Marj stayed behind and showed my youngsters at Hobart Dog Club. NEWPRY BE MY BABY wins INTERMEDIATE IN GROUP and Runner Up Best of Breed, and 7 month old NEWPRY BILLY ELLIOT wins his FIRST CC!  Way to go Mum....and I managed a JUNIOR IN GROUP and Best of Breed with my new Fox Terrier, CH ECIRP SABRE at Benalla Kennel Club in Victoria.

23rd January - The first day of Tasmania's very first 4 day circuit!!! GRAND CHAMPION PRICEWEY BILLY FLYNN wins Runner Up Best In Group and Australian Bred In Group under Mrs V. Knopke (QLD). CHAMPION PRICEWEY PLAY GIRL wins Runner Up Best of Breed and Challenge Bitch.  Foxie CHAMPION ECIRP SABRE wins Runner Up Best of Breed.

24th January - STOP PRESS: CHAMPION PRICEWEY PLAY GIRL, "Casey" wins her very first BEST EXHIBIT IN SHOW under breed specialist David Tidswell from South Australia.  At almost 7 years old we were thrilled with this award for our dear Casey. BILLY was awarded Runner Up Best of Breed.  His son NEWPRY BILLY ELLIOT won PUPPY IN GROUP.  And not to be outdone by his new friends foxie SABRE won JUNIOR IN SHOW and Best of Breed, under Mr Tidswell (SA).

25th January - Another great day! BILLY wins RUNNER UP BEST EXHIBIT IN SHOW  and AUSTRALIAN BRED IN SHOW under breed specialist Mrs Carol Keong "Sidwell" from Queensland.  He was awarded Best In Group by Mrs R. Henderson (QLD). Casey was once again Runner Best of Breed to him. Foxie SABRE won Runner Up Best of Breed under Mrs Henderson.

26th January - HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY!  Wearing our Aussie badges and flying the flag with pride once again BILLY shone!  He was awarded RUNNER UP BEXT EXHIBIT IN SHOW under Mrs R. Henderson QLD.  Group 5 was judged by breed specialist Mrs Carol Keong "Sidwell." Casey won OPEN IN GROUP and Runner Up Best of Breed and mums KELLY, PRICEWEL VELMA KELLY was awarded Reserve Challenge Bitch and INTERMEDIATE IN GROUP. Wow what a great 4 days with friends, family and of course our beloved canine friends.

28th February - Tasmanian  Kennel Club Show in Launceston. SABRE won JUNIOR IN SHOW under Mr J. Thompson (Victoria).  Billy wins RUNNER UP BEST IN GROUP and Casey wins OPEN IN GROUP under Mrs Rhonda Lane (Queensland).

7th March - Combined Breeds Dog Club in Hobart. AM Show - What a thrill Billy wins BEST EXHIBIT IN SHOW under Mrs P. De Koning from South Africa!!! At the PM Show Billy wins BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP under Max Winch from Queensland. Sabre wins Junior in Group!!

13th March - Burnie Kennel Club.  While Greg and I went to our friends wedding, mum took the dogs to the show. Sabre wins Best of Breed and JUNIOR IN GROUP under Mrs Iris Glynn (South Australia).  Pembroke Elliot wins Challenge Dog, Runner Up Best of Breed and PUPPY IN GROUP under Ms E. Parker (SA)

14th March - Burnie Kennel Club.  Not able to stay away I drove to the show!  Sabre again wins the breed and JUNIOR IN GROP.  Elliot won PUPPY IN GROUP and Casey (Pricewey Play Girl) wins Best of Breed and OPEN IN GROUP.

20th March - Brighton Kennel Club.  The day of the Tasmanian state election.  Could only stay a short time, Elliot won the Challenge and Runner Up Best of Breed under Mrs R. Hartmire (QLD).  Sabre won Challenge Dog under Mr K. Iggleden (QLD).

27th March - Tasmanian Ladies Kennel Club.  Another wonderful day out with Billy, he wins BEST EXHIBIT IN SHOW and AUSTRALIAN BRED IN SHOW under Mr K. McMillan (NSW). In the other ring Sabre wins Best of Breed and JUNIOR IN GROUP.

28th March - Tasmanian Ladies Kennel Club. WOW...BILLY BACK TO BACK BEST IN SHOWS.  Day 2,  I show for the group and Billy wins it under Mr P. Warby...then I had to race off to Hobart to go to work.  Mum stays behind and wins BEST IN SHOW...the first time she has shown Billy in opver a year!  Way to go mother! She also went into the terrier ring and won Best of Breed.

10th April - Huon and Channel Kennel Club.  While Im busy at work, mum again does the honours. Sabre wins Best of Breed and JUNIOR IN GROUP. Elliot wins Challenge Dog under Mr L. Butler (NSW).

11th April - Huon and Channel Kennel Club. An exciting day, Sabre wins his first RUNNER UP BEST IN GROUP here in Tassie.  Also wins JUNIOR IN GROUP. And Elliot wins his very first BEST OF BREED at 10 months of age.  Taking his CC points to 38!!  Well done mother!

24th April - Western Tiers Kennel Club. Back showing after a months break.  Billy wins RUNNER UP BEST IN GROUP under Mrs L. Black (Victoria).  My new bitch DYGAE NORMA JEAN bred by Diane Baillie (10 months old) wins the Challenge Bitch and Runner Up Best of Breed. Sabre Runner Up Best of Breed under local judge Mrs Teena Sloan (TAS).

2nd May - Combined Breeds Dog. Sabre is the star of the day winning JUNIOR IN SHOW and RUNNER UP BEST IN GROUP under Mr W and Mrs J Egan (South Australia). The only pembroke I showed today was Blondie who was awarded Reserve Challenge Bitch.

8th May - Tasmanian Welsh Corgi Specialty.  What a lovely day this was, both in and out of the ring.  Judge was Mrs Cheryl Sheppard (Victoria). BILLY won BEST IN SHOW and AUSTRALIAN BRED IN SHOW and Blondie won RUNNER UP BEST IN SHOW and PUPPY IN SHOW!!!  There were 24 entries in the show.  Elliot won JUNIOR IN SHOW, Casey won OPEN IN SHOW and my beautiful Tommy (Grand Champion Dygae My Guy) won VETERAN IN SHOW at 10 and half.  He was also awarded Reserve Challenge Dog to Billy with superb handling by my cousin and Fox Terrier breeder Robyn Price.  Tommy also won the BEST HEADED section, shown by my friend Tracey Walker.  Had a great dinner that night....yay to us the Welsh Corgi Club of TAS!!!
