JET

How clever is he and what a good nose he has at such any early age 12 weeks? While Andrew and he were going for a walk along a bush track on a Friday afternoon, Andrew lost his very expensive sunglasses. On Sunday while walking along the same track Jet went into the bushes and bought out Andrew's sunglasses. A little scratched but what a great boy he is going to be, especially as he is going to be a field and game dog.

 Jet our field and game boy who is now 6 and a half months old has his very own way of hunting that no one in the club has seen before. When a deer is about 50 metres from him he goes back to Andrew leans against Andrew's leg and does a perfect point. He sounds like he will be a great field dog when he matures.

Fish Pond Winner

Joe and I uncovered the fish pond last Saturday as we thought the pups were tall enough to get out if they fell in. We had bets as to who would go in first and we both picked Fergus. WRONG it was ZED. Lucky he loves water. Came out all confused shook himself and then came for a cuddle, NO WAY.

ZED'S 1ST SHOW

was yesterday 2/10/09 at the WAGGA WAGGA SHOW had a wonderful time meeting new friends and listening to all the yappy little dogs going off.  "WHAT THE" was his attitude, then as the train went past right next to us where we were sitting, he woke up from his sleep and the look on his face was like "IF YOU PLEASE, I"M SLEEPING HERE"  .

We have another show tomorrow so he'll have another great day. I didn't go as it was dailylight saving and I slept in and besides it was teeming down with rain. I wimped out.

MADAM'S 1ST SHOW

While she didn't win Baby Puppy in the Coyogle Show she did go well. Loved the way that other people took an interest in her and she relished all the attention. Lots of people took her for a walk to meet other puppies and thinks she may do this again.

VIOLET

Has completed her Puppy School Training and and now gets to play with the big kids in Obedience. Goes to a park where she plays freely with the other dogs and likes it too.

COOPER

Has become a talker, is loved to bits by his mum Jane, dad Kym and  the 5 boys. He has unhealthy interest in the chooks (like our boys) and has acreage to play on. Lives inside as well and sounds quite spoilt. Only bug bear is that he gets car sick like Zed. An old remedy is to give the dogs a "Junket" tablet about half an hour before travelling. I have tried it on Zed and it works.

Cooper now has a new lady friend in an English Springer 3 years of age and absolutely loves her he now has someone to play with.
