PUPPIES - Litter at Last Sophie has been mated with Zeus again and at last we are happy to say that she is pregnant. We had her scanned today and we can see 4 or 5 puppies and they should be due around 14th June, 2009. Joe will at last have his wish and this last year has been rather trying to say the least. Three times actually before we were successful. Latest Update 26/5/2009 We had a vet check yesterday and all is well. Sophie is healthy, has a beautiful shiny coat and very bright eyes. Starting to gain a little weight and still loves to run in the park each day when we go walking. Update 11/6/2009 Only 7 days to go until the big day and all is well Latest News 14/6/2009 We have puppies at last 7 boys and 4 girls. All are doing well and Sophie was an absolute gem and a natural mother with all instincs setting in immediately. Amazing when the mum has never done this before and knows what to do.
